We are a combined minority and woman owned (MBE) technical training academy for recruiters. Our trainings appeal to non-technical recruiters who are looking to get introduced into technical recruiting; and to technical recruiters who want to expand their knowledge and fine tune their skill.

Team Builder Acadmey is made up from experienced professionals who work in the tech industry, also in the technical recruiting industry, and believes adding accuracy to your profession makes the industry a little better. We define better as giving you more confidence in your communications, delivering industry knowledge to make you more accurate in your selection and filter process, increase your submittal to hire ratio, and get candidates hired faster.
